Known for turning regulatory complexity into commercially sound outcomes, Bob brings rare depth across AML, Sanctions, KYC, correspondent and commercial banking, trade finance, and global payment ecosystems.

As former Vice President of Global Banking and Markets AML Business Control at Scotiabank, Bob led cross-border teams across 30+ jurisdictions, managed programs exceeding $190M, and built a reputation as a trusted bridge between compliance rigor and business execution — never losing sight of client experience or operational efficiency.

A hands-on leader with strong credit instincts and a track record of delivering in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. INNOVATIONS

In partnership with a leading global technology firm, we spearheaded the development and enterprise deployment of a next-generation Agentic AI Platform. The first of its kind for retail banking operations. This solution leveraged proprietary technology to process complex client communications, accurately interpret intent autonomously, and structure work for fulfillment.

RISK MANAGEMENT

We led multiple multi-million-dollar, risk-based AML global technology implementations to deploy a streamlined technology platform, aligned end-to-end processes and established a consistent employee experience. This effort achieved bank-wide adoption of the Enterprise Case Management tool by over 2,000 users across 28 countries, involving more than 100 regulators.
